Refund Policy

Exchange:
We'd be happy to exchange the product for you if it's not fitting you within 7 Days of you receiving the parcel. We charge extra shipping for the exchange product + reverse pickup charges per product that is to be borne by the customer.

INCASE any damage piece is received (We do our Quality Check to the best level possible) We will exchange the product for you. Unboxing Package Video is necessary for this. For an exchange of damaged product, the reverse pickup will be arranged and a new product will be shipped within 5-7 working days of receiving the original order or a store credit will be generated.

SALE PERIOD ORDERS cannot be exchanged. You can opt for RETURN instead against STORE CREDIT only.

 

Return/Refund/Cancellation:

We are sorry you didn't like what you received! We can initiate a return within 7 Days of you receiving the parcel. Your refund is processed in the form of STORE CREDIT only (with time limit of 6 months). We don't have cash refunds available. Reverse pick up + new shipment charges are deducted from your store credit.

Deduction from Store Credit: Upon return, a deduction of 100/- will be made from your store credit PER PRODUCT. If more than two products are returned, an additional 100/- will be deducted for each additional product. For example, if five products are being returned, a deduction of 500/- will be made (100 x5).

Store Credit cannot be combined with an offer/discount code.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for CASH.
